1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and dk2222 (hereinafter "dk2222", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the dk2222 website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers and all associated services (collectively "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

dk2222 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform. These Terms are published in English only. Where translations may be provided for informational convenience, the English version is the authoritative text in all cases.

2 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on dk2222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/licence jurisdiction applicable to your location. You must not register or access the Platform if you are below this age threshold. Local laws in Pakistan may impose different requirements.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional compliance: Access to dk2222 must not be prohibited by the laws of your country of residence, nationality or current physical location. It is your sole responsibility to verify this. dk2222 does not warrant that its Services are lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Personal account: You may only register on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account. If you discover a duplicate account exists, you must notify support immediately.
• Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion: You must not register or attempt to access the Platform during any active self-exclusion period on any other gambling platform or through any responsible gambling scheme.

4 Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and any other information required by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration data and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. dk2222 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.3 KYC Requirements

dk2222 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage — upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or where required by anti-money laundering procedures. Typical documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, this typically means a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport.
• Proof of residential address where required — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification system.
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required to prevent fraud.

All documents must be genuine and unaltered. Submitting falsified, cropped, filtered or otherwise manipulated documents constitutes fraud. dk2222 may report such conduct to the relevant authorities. Always upload documents exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive documents via email, WhatsApp, SMS or any unsecured channel.

4.4 Withdrawal Holds Pending KYC

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC. dk2222 is not liable for any loss of opportunity or inconvenience arising from a withdrawal hold during the verification review period. We recommend completing KYC promptly after registration, before any withdrawal request is submitted.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, dk2222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from dk2222.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers or data-mining tools to access or interact with the Platform without written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror or embed any portion of the Platform within another website without written consent.
• Attempt to circumvent any geographical restriction, security measure, age-verification system or account restriction.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overload or impair its performance or availability.

dk2222 reserves the right to monitor Platform activity, investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take any action it deems appropriate, including suspension or termination of accounts.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available on dk2222 are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Availability varies and is subject to change without prior notice. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are acknowledged as familiar context for Pakistani users only. dk2222 does not warrant that any of these providers supports, endorses or permits gambling-related transactions. Users must verify both cashier availability and their payment provider's own terms of use before transacting.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method owned and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• dk2222 is not responsible for delays, fees or failures caused by your bank, wallet provider or payment processor.
• Deposits made in error may not be refundable once wagered. Contact support immediately if an incorrect deposit is made.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits, where technically feasible, or to a verified bank account in your own name.
• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.
• Processing times vary by method — estimated windows are displayed in the cashier and are subject to internal review queues.
• dk2222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

6.4 Currency

Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) or in other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility. Illustrative amounts on the Platform (such as "PKR 25,000" or "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are examples only and do not constitute guaranteed promotions or fixed limits.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

dk2222 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, sports betting credits, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions and to any additional specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• One bonus per household / device / IP address: Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one claim per user, household, shared device or IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) before they may be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry period are stated in the promotion terms.
• Minimum deposit: Many promotions require a qualifying minimum deposit, which is stated in the specific promotion terms. Illustrative examples on the Platform (e.g., "minimum deposit PKR 1,000") are examples only.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire after the stated period. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on dk2222, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Errors made by the User when placing a bet (such as selecting the wrong market, stake or outcome) are the User's sole responsibility.
• dk2222 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, on incorrect game configurations, or where a technical error has materially affected the integrity of the event or game result.
• In the event of a sports event being cancelled, postponed or abandoned, settlement rules for each market type are as stated in the individual sport's rule set published in the platform help section.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical actions of an accredited dealer. Outcome integrity is the responsibility of the relevant game studio and dk2222 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on the Platform are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual result or session return.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed in the relevant betting interface.

9 Responsible Gambling

dk2222 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following tools which you may activate at any time by contacting support or accessing your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect immediately.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dk2222 and will result in account suspension, termination and/or forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement.
• Registering or using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where access is prohibited.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or live dealer games.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or unintended game configurations — including misquoted odds.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back any deposit after it has been wagered.
• Abusing promotions — including matched betting, arbing or multi-account bonus exploitation.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and consent.
• Any conduct intended to damage, disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data structures and game content — are owned by or licensed to dk2222. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any Platform intellectual property beyond the limited licence described in Section 5.

Game content displayed on dk2222 is the intellectual property of the respective game studios. Use of any Platform content outside the personal, non-commercial use licence granted herein requires prior written consent from the relevant rights holder.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk2222 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — express or implied — relating to the Platform and its Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

dk2222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Services.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in odds, game configurations or promotional terms.
• Technical failures, service interruptions or data loss outside our reasonable control.
• Any failure or delay by a payment provider, bank or financial institution.
• Any consequences arising from your violation of applicable local laws.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by you and remaining in your account balance at the time the claim arises.

13 Amendments to These Terms

dk2222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk2222 holds its applicable operating licence. Users are encouraged to review the operator's licence jurisdiction, which will be identified in the Platform footer or licence disclosure section.

In the event of a dispute between you and dk2222, you should in the first instance contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may be entitled to refer the dispute to an independent dispute resolution service under the applicable licence framework.
